Late choreographer Saroj Khan’s daughter wants to see Janhvi Kapoor as Sridevi and Madhuri Dixit to play herself in her mother’s biopic

Saroj Khan, referred to as one of the most talented choreographers bollywood had ever seen breathed her last on July 3rd. She had been working in Bollywood and is known for making Madhuri Dixit’s dance numbers a hit. It is difficult to not dance to Madhuri Dixit’s songs almost all of which were choreographed by Saroj Khan herself. Evidently,Saroj and Madhuri developed a very close and personal bond. And now, as per the reports, ace choreographer and director, Remo D’Souza. And late Saroj daughter has revealed who she would like to see as the cast. Talking to ETimes, Sukaina Khan said that She would want Madhuri Dixit to do her role and that it would be a great disappointment if she refused. She also added that she would like to see Janhvi Kapoor in her mother, late Sridevi’s role.

“I would be really disappointed if Madhuri didn’t do the film. But there’s only one person who can get into Sridevi’s shoes- her daughter Janhvi. She’s so much like her,” Sukaina Khan told the portal. Then moved on by saying that there would be only three-to-four heroines in the film. She also added that Remo D’Souza who is recovering from his surgery in the hospital as of now is yet to discuss the script with her. Though she will be the one to approve the script, she revealed that she would want the film to have and showcase every aspect of her mother’s life. “Why I need to give my nod of consent to the film is also because I want to see my mother’s life on celluloid covering every aspect of her. Like is she was on her way, we would get so particular in putting everything at home in the right place. Like if the food wasn’t ready on time, she would get angry. And do you know how she looked after her two granddaughters when my elder sister died young at the age of 39? Nobody from their father’s side came forward to take care of them,” Sukaina added while saying that Saroj Khan always maintained a strong exterior for her grandchildren who lost their parents within a gap of two years.
